This honey processed coffee is so out of the norm, the decaffeination plant thought the farm had sent the wrong lot. They are not used to getting such a high quality coffee. It is balanced, clean and delightfully sweet with notes of peaches, marshmallow, pecans and dates.
Brewing Instructions: Pour Over - 20g of Coffee to 320g of 205 degree Water. Drip - 1 Part Coffee to 18 Parts Water.
