We strive for excellence in all we do. It’s our belief that you have to start with excellent green coffee to end with an exceptional cup. To maintain high standards, we cup all of our coffees before purchase and each batch we roast. We understand the value of small batches and same day roasting for freshness.

Community

Nothing brings people together like coffee. We are passionate about creating a product that fosters community. Relationships are key, so we have partnered with a local importer who also happens to own a lot of the farms where our coffee is grown. By working with someone local, we are able to take our time when evaluating green coffee. It is important that while we support a local importer, we maintain both a friendship and business relationship.

Fair Pricing

We believe in fair pricing across each step of the process. Fair pricing means that the farmers, importer, our business and our customers all receive fair pricing and are valued across the supply chain. Each step is critical to the final product and all share in equal importance.

Celebrate Smallness

If you have ever been in the ocean beyond the sight of land, you have a sense of how large the world is and how small we are. We feel it is very important in a world that prizes individual greatness to recognize our smallness. It is our acceptance of our smallness that causes us to see our need for community and gives us an awareness of the needs around us. We were not created to be alone and we play a vital role in the community that we belong to. When we acknowledge our smallness, we realize it is not a weakness but one of our greatest strengths. When we live out our giftings and strengths in our community, the world is a better place.
