This mountain water process honey decaf comes from Marcala, Honduras. Normally, decaf is made from lower scoring, washed coffees. This honey processed coffee is so out of the norm, the decaffeination plant thought the farm had sent the wrong lot. They are not used to getting such a high quality coffee. It is balanced, clean and delightfully sweet with notes of peaches, marshmallow, pecans and dates.
Brewing Instructions: Pour Over - 20g of Coffee to 320g of 205 degree Water. Drip - 1 Part Coffee to 18 Parts Water.
