Night Watch is a blend of a washed and a natural Honduran coffee with a Brazilian added for richness and body. It has notes of creamy chocolate, caramel, toffee, and just the right amount of fruity acidity. It is great as a straight shot of espresso but also holds up well to milk drinks too.
Brew Notes: This works well as an 18g to 36-40g of water at 9 bars of pressure. It's also nice as a darker drip at a 1:18 ratio of coffee to water.
