This Colombian Coffee from the Vergel Estate has been anaerobically processed to highlight the bright fruity notes of Guava and Banana. We roast this lightly to preserve the bright fruity acidity. This Coffee is direct trade, shade grown, and the farm is Woman owned by Marta Bayter.
We enjoy this versatile coffee as a pour over, drip, and even makes a nice fruity espresso. As with all our lighter roasts, the grind size is critical. If you get sour/under-extracted notes grind finer and if bitter/harsh try grinding a bit coarser.
