This medium roast has familiar traditional coffee flavors of Dark Chocolate and Maple Syrup with a hint of Stone Fruit to keep it interesting. It is our daily driver here at the shop, and we like it best as a pour over or drip.
Brewing Instructions: Pour Over - 20g of Coffee to 320g of 205 degree Water. Drip - 1 Part Coffee to 18 Parts Water.
